Located on Cuauhtémoc Avenue in Mexico City, Núcleo is more than an apartment building; it’s a calm, structured sanctuary in the heart of the city.

For this project, we developed a visual identity that mirrors the essence of its name: the nucleus, the central point from which everything flows. The design system draws on this idea with rhythmic elements, geometric repetition, and modular compositions that radiate from an imagined center, like expanding waves of order and clarity.

The result is a brand that feels grounded, intentional, and quietly sophisticated, just like the lifestyle Núcleo offers.
